The linear module is the most commonly used transmission component in the mechanical equipment automation industry. Because of its high precision, corrosion resistance, light weight, high rigidity and high efficiency, it is often used to convert the rotary motion of the motor into linear motion in mechanical equipment and automatic production lines to realize the reciprocating motion and positioning of the reciprocating slider. 2. How to maintain the linear module:
Daily maintenance and dust-proof technical treatment should be in place in time. The common method of cleaning the module is to move the motor base to the right (or left) with clean cotton cloth and lubricating oil, find the ball screw, wipe it with dry cotton cloth until it is dull and dust-free, add a little lubricating oil (sewing oil can be used instead of oil directly), and slowly push the motor base several times from left to right to make the lubricating oil evenly distributed.
